THANKSGIVING TESTIMONY SERVICE
Join us for our Thanksgiving Testimony service next Sunday, November 30th at 6 pm, as we hear how the Lord has worked in and through the lives of our church family this year.
ANNUAL CONGREGATIONAL MEETING
We invite everyone to attend the Annual Congregational Meeting on Sunday, December 7th at 6 PM in the Family Life Center as we prepare for 2009. We will be voting on the offices of Elder and Deacon and also adopting the 2009 Budget. All members, 16 years and older are encouraged to come and vote!
FAIRMONT, W. V. SHORT-TERM MISSION TRIP
Anyone interested in the Fairmont, WV Mission Trip should see Dave or Sharon Winters for an application. Deadline for filing an application is Sunday, Dec. 21st.
IN ONE ACCORD MINISTRY EVENTS
In One Accord (our Adult Singles Ministry) will be meeting on Saturday, December 6th and 20th at 5:30 PM at the Church for Bible Study and dessert. You are welcome to bring your dinner or eat before you come. On Friday, December 12th we will be gathering at Patty O'Brien's home from 6:00 PM to ??? for a Christmas social with dinner and games. OFFERING ENVELOPES
We are in the process of ordering offering envelopes for 2009. If you did not receive a box of envelopes for 2008 and would like one for 2009, please order them by Monday, December 8. You can indicate your request on your attendance form or you can contact the church office. There is no charge for the envelopes and those using them will receive a year-end receipt which would be accepted by the IRS.
LOST AND FOUND
Please check the Lost and Found items located behind the two large coat racks in the foyer for any items that might be yours. Anything left will be discarded November 30th. (If you have misplaced jewelry or eye glasses, check in the office.) Thank you!!
MISSIONARY SPOTLIGHT
Pray for Art & Vicky Reyes in Mexico and that the people of Mexico will seek the Lord at this time. Mexico has become the leading nation in kidnappings and executions of policemen and officials.
